【摘 要】目的：分析无创机械通气联合雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法：选取我院于2018年2月-2019年2月，收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者88例，将其根据不同治疗方法均分为实验组(44例，无创机械通气联合雾化治疗)与对照组(44例，常规治疗)。比较患者治疗有效率情况。结果：实验组治疗有效率远高于对照组，两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：无创机械通气联合雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭，可显著提升治疗有效率，值得临床大力推广。
