【摘 要】：随机选择在我院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者临床资料90例进行回顾性分析，平均把其分成两组，观察组和对照组各有45例资料，观察组患者选择的是营养干预方法，对照组患者选择的是常规护理，然后对比两组患者的妊娠结局、血糖水平以及并发症情况。观察组患者的妊娠结局比对照组更好，血糖水平及并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。把营养干预运用到妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理中，能够有效有效妊娠结局，降低血糖水平改善血糖水平，减少并发症发生。
