【摘 要】目的：了解高校2017届毕业生的就业心理问题现状，并针对问题提出有效的对策。方法：采用问卷调查方法，選取高校四个大类，八个不同专业，260名应届毕业生进行就业心理问题调查。结果：高校毕业生就业焦虑心理普遍存在，对自身和社会的认知存在偏倚。结论：要想克服和应对毕业生的就业心理问题，必须从毕业生自身、家庭、学校、社会四个角度出发，共同努力，共同应对。
