【摘 要】目的：分析在放射科中影像数字化和医学影像存储与通讯(PACS)系统的临床应用效果。方法：共选取568例门诊及住院经数字化检查，在本次研究中所选取的设备为数字化影像设备系统。结果：共选取568例门诊及住院经数字化检查，其中，有252例次采用CR检查方法，有268例次采用DR检查方法，有48例次采用数字化胃肠机射片检查方法。结论：无胶片化诊断的应用使诊断工作更加具体化，带领人们进入到全数字化影像时代及科室服务模式中去。
