【摘 要】目的：分析心脏手术后患者的疼痛原因和护理措施。方法：从我院收治心脏手术后疼痛患者中抽取84例，随机分为2组：42例研究组采用疼痛护理，42例对照组采用基础护理，分析疼痛原因和2组疼痛评分。结果：研究组术后24h、72h的疼痛评分比对照组低，住院时间比对照组短，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对心脏手术患者实施疼痛护理，可减轻术后痛苦，改善生活状况，值得借鉴。
