【摘 要】目的：讨论左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的效果。方法：本次研究选取样本数量为56例，选取人群为肾性贫血患者，样本选取时间为2017年2月-2018年5月，对其治疗进行回顾性分析，将使用常规治疗与皮下注射促红细胞生成素进行治疗的患者设定为对照组，将在对照组之上使用左卡尼汀进行治疗的患者设定为实验组，每组样本数均为28例。对其不良反应发生率进行对比和分析。结果：实验组28例患者不良反应发生率较低，而对照组较高，组间数据经统计学处理后发现(P<0.05)。结论：肾性贫血患者在就医时，通过左卡尼汀、促红细胞生成素进行治疗，其临床效果较好，不良反应发生率较低。
