【摘 要】目的：分析小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的护理方法和效果。方法：从我院收治特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿中抽取44例，分析临床护理路径的应用效果。结果：本组44例患儿中，疾病控制率为95.5%，护理满意率97.7%。结论：为特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿施以临床护理路径，可改善患儿症状，提高护理效果，值得学习。
