【摘 要】目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎应用双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊治疗的效果。方法：选择我院于2018年4月至2019年5月收治的92例幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，两组病例数一致。对照组采用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、胶体果胶铋治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊治疗。治疗半个月后比较两组患者的幽门螺杆菌根治率以及总有效率。结果：治疗后，研究组幽门螺杆菌根治率高于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，应用双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎可以较好的灭除幽门螺杆菌，疗效更为确切。
