【摘 要】目的：分析磁共振成像联合脑脊液检测在中枢神经感染的鉴别中的临床使用效果。方法：随机抽取我院2019年1月～2019年4月收治的病毒性感染以及结核性感染患者各40例作为此次研究的观察组，同期进行健康体检的40例受检者为对照组患者，观察组患者运用磁共振成像联合脑脊液检测，对照组患者运用脑脊液检测，对比两组患者阳性检出率、测定LDH、CK等相关指标。结果：运用磁共振成像的观察组病毒性感染与结核性感染患者的阳性检出率分别为100%、98%，而对照组患者的检出率为2%，组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：针对中枢神经感染患者运用磁共振成像联合脑脊液检测能够提升诊断准确性。
