【摘 要】目的：研究血液生化免疫指标与肺癌血行转移的相关性。方法：在我院2017年4月-2019年4月收治的肺癌患者中选取57例作为研究对象，按照是否发生骨转移分为观察组和对照组，观察组30例，对照组27例，对照组为未发生骨转移，观察组为发生骨转移，两组患者均进行生化检验，对比两组的LDH、CA125和CEA。结果：观察组与对照组比较，观察组的LDH、CA125和CEA均较高，且对比差异显著，P<0.05。结论：血液生化检验指标与肺癌血行转移具有一定的相关性，血液生化检验指标升高在肺癌血行转移中可能具有一定的促进作用。
