【摘 要】目的：探讨对老年腹部患者术后进行护理干预对预防肺部感染的作用。方法：选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治老年腹部手术患者计110例，随机分为采用常规护理对照组(n=55)与采用护理干预方案实验组(n=55)，对比护理效果。结果：实验组患者感染发生率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，P<0.05，护理满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对老年腹部手术患者术后进行护理干预可减少肺部感染，有利于加快其康复进程，且可提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
