【摘 要】目的：对精细化护理在婴幼儿先心病围手术期中的应用效果进行研究。方法：本次实验选取我院100例接受手术的先心病婴幼儿，随机分为甲组(50人)和乙组(50人)，甲组进行常规护理，乙组进行常规护理联合精细化护理，统计和记录两组患儿并发症出现情况及亲属满意情况。结果：乙组患儿并发症出现情况及亲属满意情况均优于甲组，两组差异较大(p<0.05)。结论：精细化护理在婴幼儿先心病围手术期中的应用效果显著。
