【摘 要】目的：探究季节变化对高血压患者治疗的影响及应对策略。方法：回顾性分析2017年3月-2018年2月于我院进行血压检查的200例体检者资料，将100例健康体检者纳入对照组，将100例高血压患者纳入研究组。比较两组四季血压水平以及高血压患者的心脑血管疾病发生率。结果：研究组四季的收缩压与舒张压均高于对照组，且研究组冬季的收缩压、舒张压和心脑血管疾病发病率高于夏季，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高血压患者冬季血压高于夏季，掌握血压季节变化规律可降低心血管疾病的发生，稳定血压水平。
