小儿先天性心脏病护理中应用健康教育的价值探讨
【摘 要】目的:分析在小儿先天性心脏病护理中健康教育的应用方法与价值。方法:选择30例小儿先天性心脏病患者为研究对象,分为对照组与实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施健康教育,对比患儿家属认知度及护理满意度。结果:经过不同护理干预,实验组护理满意度高于对照组,患儿家属对疾病的认知度高于对照组,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予小儿先天性心脏病患儿应用健康教育,可以提高患儿及家属对疾病的认知度,提高护理满意度。【关键词】小儿;先天性心脏病;健康教育;护理
