【摘 要】目的：分析老年高血压患者采取社区健康管理的应用措施及效果。方法：此次研究时间由2018年8月-2019年8月止，研究对象选择我社区高血压老年患者90例，随机将其分为两组，对照组辅以常规高血压管理，观察组在其基础上辅以社区健康管理，评估两组老年患者管理前后血压指标。结果：两组老年患者未经管理前，血压指标较为相近(p>0.05)，观察组患者接受社区健康管理后，收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：老年高血压患者通过社区健康管理能够有效控制血压指标，提高生活质量，提倡应用推广。
