【摘 要】目的：观察重症脑出血患者术后早期综合护理。方法：选择82例重症脑出血患者并将其随机分成2组，各41例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施早期综合护理。观察临床效果。结果：护理后，研究组语言功能及肢体功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量各指标评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：重症脑出血患者，术后早期综合护理干预，作用显著。
