【摘 要】目的：探究手术室护理配合对骨科手术切口感染的影响。方法：本研究涉及对象为骨科手术患者60例，研究时间为2018年2月-2019年2月，分为参照组(30例)与试验组(30例)，对比两组患者的切口感染、生活质量，进行统计学分析。结果：试验组患者切口感染发生率明显低于参照组，P<0.05。试验组患者护理后生活质量评分优于参照组，P<0.05。结论：对骨科手术患者实施手术室护理配合，有效预防切口感染，改善生活质量，护理效果显著。

    Abstract： objective： .to explore the effect of operating room nursing cooperation on incision infection in orthopedic surgery. Methods 60 orthopedic surgery patients were studied from February 2018 to February 2019， and were divided into the reference group (30 cases) and the experimental group (30 cases). Incision infection and quality of life were compared between the two groups for statistical analysis. Results the incidence of incision infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the operation room nursing cooperation for orthopedic surgery patients can effectively prevent incision infection and improve the quality of life. ......
