【摘 要】目的：研究整体护理对乳腺癌根治术患者护理依从性及相关并发症的影响。方法：选取我院2019年1月～2019年4月收治的需要进行乳腺癌根治术的80例患者，按照住院顺序将其平均分为对照组与观察组，给予对照组患者常规护理方式，而观察组患者运用整体护理方式，对比两组患者治疗依从性、并发症发生率等。结果：采用整体护理方式的观察组患者的治疗依从性为93.78%，明显高于对照组患者的依从性76.13%，数据具有差异(P<0.05)。结论：针对乳腺癌根治术患者运用整体护理方式可以提升治疗效果。
