【摘 要】随机选择在我院接受治疗的急性胃出血患者100例作为研究对象，平均把其分成两组，所有患者都采用内镜手术疗法，知识手术时机不同，对照组和观察组各有50例患者。对照组患者择期手术，观察组患者则采用急诊手术治疗，然后对比两组患者的临床效果。结论：把急诊手术疗法运用到急性胃出血患者中能够有效控制病情，提升临床疗效。
