【摘 要】随机选择在我院神经内科接受护理的老年患者100例作为研究对象，如实记录好患者在用药过程中出现的安全事件，并进一步分析引发安全事故的原因。结果：神经内科老年患者发生用药安全事故的概率为9%，造成这一问题的原因主要有患者和护理人员的因素。结论：加强神经内科老年患者的用药安全管理，能够有效提升用药安全性。

    Abstract： 100 elderly patients who were treated in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects. The safety events occurred during the medication were recorded and the causes of the safety accidents were further analyzed. RESULTS： The probability of drug safety accidents in elderly patients in neurology was 5%. The main causes of this problem were patients and caregivers. Conclusion： Strengthening the medication safety management of elderly patients in neurology can effectively improve the safety of medication.
