【摘 要】本文主要是为了研析输血不良反应从而提升输血安全性。方法：随机选择在2018年4月-2019年4月期间在我院接受输血的患者100例作为研究对象，有5例患者出现了输血不良反应，然后探讨输血不良反应对输血安全性提升的影响。结果：输血不良反应的发生率逐年增加，大量输血患者出现发热或者过敏反应的也不少，不同血液成分、不同性别、年龄的患者出现输血不良反应的概率也各不相同。
