【摘 要】目的：研究分析信必可都保治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者的临床效果。方法：本课题以76例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者为例，将之分组对照，其中常规组38例施行常规治疗，研究组38例则在常规治疗的基础之上加用信必可都保。结果：研究组6MWD(6分钟步行距离)、FEV1(第1s呼气容积)、呼吸暂停时间、睡眠时血氧饱和度均优于常规组，结果差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：在常规治疗的同时，为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停并重度慢阻肺患者加用信必可都保，不仅可以显著改善其肺功能，而且还可以提高其睡眠质量，临床疗效突出，值得大力借鉴。
