【摘 要】目的：文章重点就小儿外周浅静脉穿刺失败的原因与护理措施进行分析。方法：选择2018年5月到2019年5月静脉穿刺失败的92例患儿作为研究对象，分析导致小儿外周浅静脉穿刺失败的原因，同时探讨相应的护理干预对策。结果：92例静脉穿剌失败中一次性穿刺不成功63例，输液外渗形成肿胀29例导致穿刺失败。其中，患儿因素73例，占79.34%。患儿因素中又以患儿心理因素导致穿刺失败居多，占72.60%。结论：影响小儿静脉穿刺的因素较多，其中以患儿因素尤其是患儿心理因素导致穿刺失败居多，需要提高护理人员的操作水平，根据患儿生理以及心理情况正确穿刺。
