【摘 要】目的：探究问题导向学习教学法在手术室实习护生教学中的应用。方法：本研究涉及对象为20例手术室实习护生，研究时间为2018年5月-2019年4月，分为参照组与研究组，每组各10例，给予参照组常规带教，给予研究组问题导向导向教学，对比两组护生的知识情况、思维能力，进行统计学分析。结果：对于教学后知识情况、思维能力评分，研究组明显更优，形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：手术室实习护生采用问题导向教学法进行教学，有效提高知识水平，改善思维能力，应用效果显著。
