【摘 要】目的：探讨无创正压通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的临床疗效观察。方法：选取2017年6月-2018年6月我院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者68例，采用抽签法分为两组，对照组采取常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采取无创正压通气治疗。结果：治疗前动脉血气指标无明显区别(P>0.05)，治疗后研究组动脉血气指标显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的过程中，应用无创正压通气的方式进行治疗，可以使病人的临床症状进行有效缓解，同时将护理以及血气指标进行优化，减少并发症的出现，值得加大临床推广和使用。

    Abstract： objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure.
