整合医学理念下嵌入式课程在呼吸内科实习医生带教中的应用
【摘 要】目的:探讨整合医学理念下嵌入式课程在呼吸内科实习医生带教中的应用效果。方法:随机将呼吸内科实习医生分2组,分别为传统教学法(对照组)和整合医学理念下嵌入式课程(试验组),比较两组带教相关指标。结果:试验组教学效果、实习质量均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:呼吸内科带教中应用整合医学理念下嵌入式课程可提高实习医生教学效果与实习质量。【关键词】呼吸内科;实习医生;带教
