    【摘 要】目的：探究MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的应用。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，对本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的66例前列腺癌疑似患者，进行资料分析。结果：穿刺活检结果为42例前列腺癌患者，MRI检测结果为45例前列腺癌患者，准确率93.3%。结论：MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的准确率较高，值得临床推广。
