    【摘 要】：目的：研究针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变对神经传导速度的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，每组均为30例，两组均采用糖尿病的一般治疗，饮食指导、运动指导、血糖监测。对照组予以药物降糖(口服或注射胰岛素)。治疗组在观察组的基础上予以针灸治疗，每天1次，10天为一个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，统计各组患者周围神经传导速度。结果：治疗组总有效率较对照组高，且神经传导速度改善明显。结论：针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效，且简、易、效、廉，值得进一步推广。
