    【摘 要】：药品不良反应会对患者的身体造成一定的伤害，对ADR进行监测，能了解ADR的类型、特点等，为改良药品、合理用药提供依据。通过结合工作实践，了解我县ADR监测体系建设的现状，为进一步健全和完善基层ADR监测体系提供依据。
