【摘 要】目的：分析病案质量全程管理的应用价值。方法：针对全程管理对质量质量控制的作用进行分析，且结合医院病案管理的需求，提出全程管理的应用对策。结果：病案质量全程管理能够更新形式，优化病案质量管理的流程，且在实时监督的方式下，持续改进病案管理质量，是提高医疗服务形象的有效路径。结论：病案质量全程管理符合新医疗改革的要求，建议推广使用。
