【摘 要】目的：探讨口服甘露醇致过敏性休克的早期诊断、治疗及预后。方法：病例分析结合文献回顾分析国内近十年口服甘露醇致过敏性休克的诊治经过及预后。结论：对过敏体质患者避免使用甘露醇可大大降低甘露醇致过敏性休克的发生率;一旦口服甘露醇后出现呼吸困难、血压下降等症状，应尽早考虑到甘露醇致过敏性休克并积极抗过敏、抗休克治疗，可完全缓解，无后遗症。

    Abstract Objective： To investigate the early diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of anaphylactic shock induced by mannitol. Methods： The diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of anaphylactic shock induced by mannitol in China were analyzed retrospectively. Conclusion： The incidence of anaphylactic shock caused by mannitol can be greatly reduced by avoiding mannitol in patients with allergic constitution.
