【摘 要】目的：分析剖宫产手术预防使用抗菌药物的时机。方法：收集2019年1月至2019年9月在我院产科行剖宫产的200例产妇的病历进行回顾性分析，将剖宫产手术断脐后立即给予头孢呋辛1.5g，静脉滴注的产妇纳入I组，将切皮前0.5-1h给予头孢呋辛1.5g的产妇纳入II组，对比分析两组产妇术后体温、术后48h白细胞、中性粒细胞水平，以及术后子宫内膜炎、尿路感染、产褥感染、切口感染发生率。结果：两组产妇术后感染发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：切皮前和断脐后使用抗菌药物对剖宫产手术产妇预防术后感染的效果相当。
