【摘 要】：目的：体会血管内介入栓塞术治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法：将50例我院于2016年1月-2019年10月内的脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象，术式差异分组，建对照组开颅夹闭术治疗，建观察以介入栓塞术治疗。观察临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效较好，并发症发生率3.8%，对照组高达25.0%，P<0.05。结论：对脑动脉瘤实施手术治疗，建议采纳血管内介入栓塞术。价值显著，值得推广。
