【摘 要】肺栓塞是各种原因导致肺血管栓塞继而引起肺循环障碍综合征，其常见的原因是下肢深静脉血栓形成。而老年人常合并多种慢病，肺栓塞的临床表现易被其掩盖，导致漏诊误诊，希望通过本病例的学习，加强临床医师对老年肺栓塞的重视。

    Abstract Pulmonary embolism is a blockkage of an artery in the lungs by a substance that has traveled from elsewhere in body through the bloodstream，which leads to pulmonary circulation disorder. The common cause is deep vein thrombosis. Pulmonary embolism in the elderly are usually missed and misdiagnosed，because symptoms are easy to be covered by other chronic disease.
