【摘 要】目的：探讨CT三维重建对微小肺癌早期诊断的价值。方法：选取我院收治的60例疑似微小肺癌患者，将其均分为两组各30例，对照组行CT薄层扫描检查，观察组行CT三维重建检查，以病理学为金标准比较诊断结果。结果：CT三维重建诊断微小肺癌的灵敏度、特异度高于CT薄层扫描，P<0.05。观察组空泡征、毛刺、分叶、血管集束征检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：CT三维重建诊断早期微小肺癌结果可靠，具有重要的应用价值。
