【摘 要】目的：四子散热敷对经皮肾镜碎石术后胃肠功能恢复有何效果。方法：抽取2019年3月至2019年12月本院94例经皮肾镜碎石术患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各47例，对照组：常规护理，观察组：四子散热敷，对2组术后症状对比。结果：观察组术后肛门排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组差异显赫，P<0.05。结论：四子散热敷对经皮肾镜碎石术后胃肠功能恢复具有明显效果，该方法操作简单、无创伤性，具有重要的临床价值。

    Abstract ：Objective19 in our hospital were assigned to control group (47 case： To study the effects of hot compress with four Chinese medicine powders on the gastrointestinal function recovery after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
