【摘 要】目的：分析他汀类与抗血小板聚集药物联用对缺血性脑血管病治疗的效果。方法：选取我院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者74例作为本文的研究对象，将其按照抽签法进行平均分组，对照组37例接受阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，研究组37例接受阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀治疗，分析两组的治疗有效率以及治疗前、后的生活质量得分。结果：治疗前，两组生活质量得分无明显差异(p>0.05)，治疗后，两组差异显著(p<0.05);治疗有效率，研究组高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：对缺血性脑血管病患者采取阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗的效果显著。

    Abstract： Objective： To analyze the effect of statins combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs on ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods ：74 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study， and the average group was divided according to the method of drawing lots .37 patients in the control group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets .37 patients in the study group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with atorvastatin.
