【摘 要】目的：探究老年慢性胃炎患者的心理和健康教育护理对策。方法：对我院2019年8月至2020年1月收治80例慢性胃炎老年患者进行护理对照研究，按照就诊前后顺序分组，常规组实施常规护理，研究组进行心理和健康教育护理，统计三个月后护理结局。结果：与常规组对比，研究组焦虑、抑郁评分更低，健康知识掌握优良率更高(P<0.05)。结论：慢性胃炎老年患者对心理和健康保健知识的诉求强烈，予以护理干预可缓解负性情绪，提高健康知识掌握和运用能力，对疾病转归有利。
