【摘 要】目的：分析延伸护理在居家腹膜透析病人自我管理能力中的应用效果。方法：选取本院40例居家腹膜透析患者开展研究，标本纳入时间为2018年02月-2019年12月。所有患者均实行延伸护理，对比护理成效。结果：患者护理后的自我管理能力评分均优于护理前，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在对居家腹膜透析患者所进行的护理中，延伸护理能够有效提高患者的自我管理能力。
