【摘 要】目的：讨论循证护理在老年髋部骨折康复中的应用。方法：选取老年髋部骨折的患者100例，分为两组，实验组中使用循证护理，对照组中使用常规护理。结果：实验组的依从性，并发症发生率与对照组相比，差别较大(P<0.05)。结论：在老年髋部骨折的患者中使用循证护理，有利于提高依从性，减少并发症发生率。
