【摘 要】目的：深入研究综合护理在小儿支气管炎中的运用效果。方法：随机选择我院收治的100名支气管炎患儿作为本次研究对象，并任意分为对照组和实验组，对照组予以常规护理，实验组予以综合护理。结果：实验组患儿住院时间、咳嗽症状消失时间以及体温恢复正常时间明显短于对照组，另外，实验组对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组。结论：综合护理可有效缓解临床症状，缩短住院时间，同时提高满意度，和谐医患关系，因此具备较高的推广和应用价值。
