【摘 要】目的：探讨口腔颌面外科术后感染影响因素以及病原菌的分布情况。方法：选取收治的312例行口腔颌面外科手术患者分析口腔颌面外科手术患者感染状况以及感染菌种分布状况。结果：所有行口腔颌面外科手术的患者中有11例(4.00%)患者术后出现感染症状，其中良性肿瘤切除4.00%和恶性肿瘤切除13.00%的感染率最高。结论：由于口腔颌面外科术后感染的因素较多，因此需要准确分析感染因素并采取相应措施，可有效降低感染的发生率，促进患者康复效率，进而有效改善手术治疗效果。
