【摘 要】目的：探究产科护理新模式在提高产妇自然分娩率方面的效果。方法：将我院220例妇产科产妇随机分为新模式组和传统组，各110例。观察两组产妇的自然分娩率、满意度、产痛及产程情况。结果：新模式组产痛情况明显低于传统组，产程平均时间明显短于传统组，新模式组自然分娩率和满意度明显高于传统组，P均<0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论：产科护理新模式在提高产妇自然分娩率方面效果显著。
