【摘 要】目的：分析老年口腔修复过程中所遇到的常见问题与治疗对策。方法：选取240例老年口腔疾病患者作为本次所研究的对象。观察所有老年口腔患者的疾病类型及相关对策。结果：活动义齿修复患者占总例数的94例(39%)，牙齿缺损或缺损修复占总例数的25.00%，牙合曲线不良占总例数的15.00%，牙间食物嵌塞占11.00%，咬合垂直距离有24例(10.00%)。结论：修复口腔时，根据患者的实际情况采取针对性的修复措施能降低患者痛苦，而修复期间的护理状况、修复程度和预防对患者的恢复具有重要意义。
