【摘 要】目的：分析中西医结合对小儿口腔溃疡治疗中的效果。方法：随机将50例口腔溃疡患儿分为常规组(口服维生素B片及含漱康复新液治疗)和研究组(在常规组基础上联合口服加味泻黄散及涌泉穴外敷中药)，每组25例。7天为一疗程，对比对两组的临床疗效及复发率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为92%显著高于常规组的76%;研究组疾病复发率为8%显著低于常规组的48%;差异显著(p<0.05)，比较均具有统计学意义。结论：使用中西医结合方式治疗小儿口腔溃疡较之于单纯西医治疗效果更佳，疾病复发率明显降低，标本兼治。
