【摘 要】目的：研究采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗外伤性血气胸患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院近三年内收治的100例外伤性血气胸患者，随机将其分为电视组(使用电视胸腔镜治疗)和传统组(采用传统开胸手术治疗)各50例，比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，电视组的手术时间、康复时间均显著短于传统组，术中出血量和疼痛程度及不良反应发生率均明显低于传统组(P<0.05)，比较均具有统计学意义。结论：采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗外伤性血气胸，能显著缩短治疗时间，不良反应发生率低，效果显著[1]。
