摘 要：目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理状况及相关因素.方法：采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)焦虑量表(HAMA)和问卷调查表对110例慢性乙型肝炎住院患者进行现状调查。结果：接近65%慢性乙肝患者存在不同程度的抑郁状况；68%的患者存在不同程度的焦虑状况。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者易发生抑郁及焦虑状况，临床护理人员应给予足够重视，采取相应的护理措施，以维护患者的心理健康。

Abstract：Objective：To study the psychological state of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and relative factorsMethods HAMDHAMA andauestionnaive were used to investigate in the 110 inpatients with chyonic hepatitis Bwere Results：65%of the patients with chronic hepatitis B weresuffered fron depressive state to some extent;68% of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were suffered from anxious state to some extentConclusions：It was suggested that the occurrence of dopression andanxiety of the patients with chronic hepatitis B was higher .clinical nurses should attach very great importance to it andmake various nursing measures to maintain the mental health of the patients.
