摘要：目的：观察和评价不同大剂量弥可保联合乐町伍用迭力治疗疼性DPN的临床疗效。方法：将DPN患者随机分为A组28例，B组30例，C组30例，观察共2周。结果：A组总效率为89.3%，明显高于B组、C组的63.3%及46.7%。结论：大剂量弥可保加乐町(西洛他唑)伍用迭力(加巴喷丁)，可明显改善DPN治疗效果及疼痛症状。

Abstract：Objective :To observe and evaluate the clinical treatment effect in pain of DPN with different dose methylcobalamin plus Yurakucho Ng Diego force.Methods DPN patients were divided into 3 groups randomly, 28 cases in A group, 30 cases of B, and 30 cases in C group. All the patients were observed for 2 weeks.Results A group, the total efficiency of 89.3%, significantly higher than the B group, C group, 63.3% and 46.7%.Conclusion High-dose methylcobalamin plus Yurakucho (cilostazol) Ng Diego force (gabapentin), could improve the treatment of DPN and pain symptoms significantly.
