[摘要]目的：探讨老年高血压药物治疗加护理干预与单纯药物治疗的效果。方法：选择76例原发性老年高血压患者,分成2组,观察组用药物治疗加护理干预,对照组进行单纯药物治疗。结果：6个月后对2组患者血压、体重进行比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：老年高血压采用药物治疗加护理干预效果优于单纯药物治疗

[abstract]objective: to study the treatment of senile hypertension drugs with nursing intervention and the effect of medication alone. Methods: we selected 76 elderly patients with primary hypertension, divided into two groups, the observation group with medication plus nursing intervention, control group treated only with drugs. Results: six months to 2 groups of patients after comparison, blood pressure and weight was significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the elderly hypertension drugs add nursing intervention by better than pure drugs
