湛江农垦2005—2010年传染病疫情分析

[摘要] 目的：了解湛江农垦法定报告传染病的流行规律，为预防控制传染病提供科学的依据。方法：采用描述性流行病学方法对湛江农垦2005—2010年法定报告传染病年报表进行分析。结果：2005—2010年湛江农垦法定报告传染病年平均发病率77.40%/10万，年平均死亡率1.11/10万。发病前五位的传染病是肺结核、病毒性肝炎、感染性腹泻、细菌性痢疾、流行性腮腺炎，五种疾病占传染病发病总数的88%；死亡率前三位的传染病是狂犬病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核，占传染病死亡总数的80%。结论：病毒性肝炎、肺结核、感染性腹泻、细菌性痢疾是湛江农垦的主要传染病，今后传染病防治的重点是加强肝炎、肺结核、细菌性痢疾、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、感染性腹泻、狂犬病的防制工作。
